We have Schedules!

Schedules and uniforms have been delivered to the coaches.

If you lose your schedule, you can come back here to find it. Just above the posts are tabs with the age groups/teams. Click on your child's age and you'll find their schedule listed under their coach's/team name.

We're still looking for umpires 17 or older. If you're interested, please contact Christina at 801-754-1658. (You will be paid for your time.)

Look for the snack bar to be open during your games and enjoy cold water, soda's, snacks, and dinner!

We're working on a schedule for team pictures. As soon as we have it, I'll post it here and on the town Facebook page. Please let your teammates know.

Baseball Registration Closed

Registration for Genola Youth Baseball and Softball has now closed.

Thanks for everyone who signed up -- this is going to be a wonderful baseball/softball season!

As soon as we are given schedules, I'll post them here and send them to your coaches.

Good luck to all our wonderful players and thanks to those willing to coach, assistant coach, and be team parents. Your support makes a world of difference to the kids!!

Spring Baseball and Softball Signups Are Open

Registration Schedule:

Registration begins February 1, 2015 and will continue through March 9, 2015.

This deadline coincides with Santaquin's deadline. It's important that we have a player count for each team. If we are unable to get teams together by this date, a refund will be issued and our players will be sent to Santaquin to participate in their player evaluation/draft.

 Late registration will begin March 9, 2015 and continue through April 10, 2015

(A $10.00 late fee will be applied during the Late Registration period.)

Youth baseball and softball signups are now open at the Town Building.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You can pay by cash, check, or credit card at the town office.

Pre K and K (T-ball): $30.00

1st/2nd grade (Coach Pitch): $35.00

3rd/4th grade (Mustang/Falcon): $45.00

5th/6th grade (Pinto/Filly): $45.00

7th-9th grade (Pony/Fox): $50.00

Your children must play in their current grade.

 

Do You Want to Run the Snack Shack?

The Town of Genola invites bids for the 2015 recreation season to provide concessions for the baseball/softball and soccer seasons. 

 

Anyone interested in bidding will need to bring their bid to the Town Office during regular business hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.  

 

Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on March 11^th, 2015.

 

Please be aware that if you plan to cook or bake food to sell, you must have a food handlers' permit as well as the proper inspections and certificates for your kitchen. If you plan to sell pre-packaged food, such as candy bars and soda pop, you do not need to have a food handlers' permit or have the inspections completed.

Santaquin Basketball Registration

If you're interested in signing your kids up for Jr. Jazz this year you have two options.

1. Santaquin Recreation

Click here to sign up.

2. Goshen City

You'll need to go out to the Goshen City offices and sign up.

 

Santaquin will be closing registration at the end of November so they can start practices in December.

Pictures have been changed because of rain.

Hello,

I have had many phone calls and emails asking me if we are having pictures and games tonight.

Soccer does not cancel games because of rain unless there is lightening. So, as of this moment, we are still playing games tonight. As more information arrives, I'll be sure to pass it on.

 

Pictures, on the other hand, are not contingent upon league rules. :)

 

I talked to Marcene and she would like to reschedule tonight's teams for September 16th.

 

1/2 Coach Burningham will be at 4:45 p.m. 

Prek/K Coach Riggs will be at 5:15 p.m.

 

As before, the pictures will be taken at the Old Genola Park.

Updated Picture Schedule

Below is an update on the picture schedule.

The only team changing times is the 5th/6th grade team.

Please have your children wear their uniform. Also, even if you aren't purchasing pictures this year, please come for the team photos.

 

All photos will be taken at the Old Park in Genola. If you have an away game that night, the photos have been scheduled early enough for the teams to travel.
